Brief
NextMove Capital is an NYC-based fintech startup founded by former executives from global consulting firms and leading tech corporates. Their mission is simple: make investing accessible, intuitive, and free from noise. They approached SIDE ST® to translate this mission into a complete product experience and to help them clearly convey their vision to strategic partners. With a crowded fintech landscape and a product not yet ready to be revealed publicly, the challenge was to define a clean, credible, and trustworthy foundation that reflects the team’s ambition.
Solution
SIDE ST® led an end-to-end design process to shape NextMove’s vision into a clear, structured, and fully designed app experience. We began by mapping the category, reviewing competitor experiences, and identifying the expectations and gaps that shape how users evaluate investing tools. From there, we defined the product’s behavior through user flows and interaction patterns, translating the team’s direction into a coherent experience. The UX and UX writing established a simple and trustworthy voice that helps explain the product to both users and strategic partners. Finally, we built a scalable design system and interface that reflects the mission of simplicity in every touchpoint. The result is a strong, aligned product foundation that prepares the team for conversations with partners and sets the stage for a confident launch.
